Primary responsibilities included: schedule management, implementing quality control process, managing suppliers and materials procurement, and site logistics. Analyze JIT delivery for each tower and eliminate lags for optimal efficiency of construction to maintain schedule and budget without compromising quality. Implement RFI process for change management. Zoo Interchange Reconstruction, Milwaukee, WIManaged costs and schedule for the Zoo Interchange study as a consultant with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Provided business development opportunities for exposure to WisDOT projects for Mortenson.Harley Davidson Museum, Milwaukee, WI Provided construction management services to Harley-Davidson for their $80 million LEED certified museum in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley. Primary responsibility was to manage the change management process between owner/architect, sub-contractors, suppliers, and our internal safety and quality departments.
