I was responsible for the daily operations of the company as well as the ongoing expansion and well being Money Flow Capital Corporation. Daily operations included but was not limited to people growth and management, branding and marketing, expansion and profitability management.I ultimately left this company in order to pursue a career in sales with Colliers International.

Sales and Marketing of Magazine. Manage and train all sales staff. Assist with creative direction/design. Lead Event Coordination and Promotional events. Assist in distribution and finding distribution agents/locations. Manage daily operations of magazine.Launched Vancouver’s first upscale casual magazine targeted at 20-40 year old Vancouverites. Coordinating the hugely successful ION Magazine Launch party where City TV and CTV covered the event. Designed, created, produced, and published four magazine issues with a circulation of 20,000 every month.

Opened one of the most successful Cactus Club Café restaurants. Interviewed, hired, and trained many staff that are still apart of the Cactus Club Café team. Created and implemented the day routines, many of which are still in use today.Opening a new restaurant which involved interviewing, hiring, training and leading a team of over 100 to achieve sales and profit goals.
