Represent the ACH Installer team in project efforts, act as a subject matter expert. Write test plans and perform tests to monitor and track projects.Maintain applicable systems to monitor and track projects including: developing testing schedules, reviewing test plans, track test issues and report test results.Provide support to the team, and act as point person for migration efforts.Work with other teams within the ACH group to be sure communication is open and fluid amongst all teams.Work on high profile set ups and escalations as needed. Develop communication tools to ensure a high level of awareness surrounding policies, plans and procedures.Offer suggestions for more efficient ways to complete setups and tasks. Ensuring that applicable rules, regulations, and policies are followed throughout the on-boarding process. Identify any potential gaps or potential risk and offer solutions to mitigate those gaps or risks. (Process Improvements)Act as a liaison and technical resource between staff and various Business Analysts and development groups.Ability to conduct analysis of a business need and appropriately schedule meetings and plan agendas.Knowledge of system applications including but not limited to Pep+ and AIM. Knowledge of various compliance controls including SOX Controls.

Provides Level 3 support for SinglePoint and BAI Transmission customer escalations. Typically Level 3 escalations are more technical and complex in nature requiring coordination of technical and non-technical resources across business groups to effectively identify, implement and communicate an appropriate course of action. Monitor global platform performance and data availability issues using automated monitoring tools and system alerts. Create appropriate Internal and External customer communications following established communication guidelines. Provide support for customer relationship questions and issues raised by non-customer support groups such as Product Management, TM Sales, Implementation Coordinators and other Operations groups. Participate in after hours validation for change implementation and disaster recovery exercises. Participate in an On Call rotation supporting application issues occurring outside of business hours.

Train business clients on our banking services. This includes calling the client and scheduling training. Then we walk the client through everything from logging on to our system to using each module. Training also include techincal help when client cannot log-on or cannot get to our site. All calls are documented to and from the client and billing is done for each client.
