As a Policy Escalation Specialist at YouTube, I work with a global team to resolve complex and high-impact cases related to content moderation, user safety, and platform integrity. I leverage my program management, communication, and analytical skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, identify and respond to emerging issues, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve policies and processes.I have an academic research background in organizational psychology and behavioral science, which I developed during my undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. I earned two bachelor's degrees: one in Business Administration and a double major in Social Psychology and Music, and participated in multiple research projects on topics such as social interaction, social cognition, teamwork, and creativity. I also applied my research skills as a Research Support Manager at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where I coordinated and managed research activities for faculty and PhD students. I am passionate about discovering my impact in the world through Trust and Safety, and I am motivated by the opportunity to protect and empower YouTube's diverse and vibrant community of users, creators, and partners.
