I am the Chief Sustainability Officer and Country Head of Transformation at UOB Vietnam, where I lead the bank's strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable growth, enhance customer experience, and integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our business operations and culture. With over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, I have a strong background in finance, econometrics, service experience, and digitalization.My recent achievements include spearheading the successful acquisition of Citigroup's Vietnam consumer business, which will accelerate our growth and add over 600 talents to our franchise, and overseeing the distribution channels and ecosystem partnerships across the country, leveraging digital technologies and data analytics to optimize our customer journey and satisfaction.
