With over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, I have a strong background in finance, econometrics, service experience, and digitalization.My recent achievements include spearheading the successful acquisition of Citigroup's Vietnam consumer business, which will accelerate our growth and add over 600 talents to our franchise, and overseeing the distribution channels and ecosystem partnerships across the country, leveraging digital technologies and data analytics to optimize our customer journey and satisfaction.
