Effective 1st July 2010, my role has been shifted to manage a new team called GAM which provides standard-based process management - Incident, Problem, Change & Release, Service Level and Availability management services for global applications. Work closely with counterparts in Poland for supporting Europe and America local markets.Scope of services: IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Citrix, Application Manager, SiteScope, BMC Patrol, HP SIM, Oracle Application Server, Websphere MQ series.Projects: Virtual Server implementation for Malaysia by providing VMware virtualization, NetApp storage and Symantec Netbackup solutions.Current project: Australia Citrix Project kick-offJune 30th, promoted to team leader for Global Application Management(GAM) team.

To support Upstream and Downstream global clients to make sure the reliability and compliance of Terminal Servers and Citrix applications.

Prior to join ExxonMobil, I was hired by CNI directors to implement SAP project for the whole group in Asiapac and US markets. In 10 months time, I managed to streamline Finance & Accounting, Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Logistic and Production department operations and transform the paperwork into digital systems. The biggest achievement in CNI was able to complete SAP project within the budget and timeline with the functional consultants. And also to provide Business Interface to the directors of the company to enable business strategy forecast, customer relationship enhancements and production planning and control.
