I primarily led the hiring efforts in launching new teams and office locations. This ranged from hiring senior individual contributors in key roles, to Engineering Managers for expanding/new teams, to building out teams from their inception.

Trifacta was an innovative startup building software to automate the process of restructuring big data for analysis.I joined Trifacta as the company's first dedicated recruiting resource as they entered a high growth phase. While building everything talent related from the ground up I worked alongside all of our business units to makes hires across the US and Europe. We were able to grow the company from 50 to ~120 employees.

Bitcasa was a startup and TechCrunch Disrupt finalist providing infinite cloud storage and cloud software solutions. I joined as the first Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts across all functional groups, and helped scale Bitcasa from 50 to ~90 employees during the company's peak growth phase.

T3 was a boutique talent firm based in Silicon Valley. For over a decade they partnered exclusively with early stage venture-backed technology companies, and closely assisted their clients with the entire arc of their team-building needs under a retained search model.In addition to my position as a Recruiter at T3 I also functioned as an account manager, as well as a lead and coach to our internal team. During my time with T3 I was able to play an instrumental role in building some of the hottest emerging leaders in technology, some of our clients during my tenure included: AgilOne, Appirio, Calypto, Clinkle, Cloudera, Coraid, Exablox, Hedvig, Kaminario, NatureBox, Nimble Storage, Nimbula, Xyratex, and Zenprise.
