Providing professional computer related services and sales to residential and small business users of the Merrill / Wausau / Tomahawk & surrounding areas, with over 15 years of IT experience.*Services include: virus removal, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, setup, networking, training, AS/400 programming, online backups, networked surveillance systems, remote support, consulting, POS systems, and credit card processing.*We sell hardware and software including desktops, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, etc.

Managed quoting software department including help desk and programmers. Handled departmental and personnel issues. Worked closely with department and software vendor to develop, maintain, and upgrade customer friendly quoting system. Worked with other departments to provide solutions to quoting software needs. Traveled to customer locations to provide training and support for the quoting software. Work with help desk and software vendor, as a consultant, to provide high-level technical support to customers.

Responsible for all aspects of quoting software including testing, updates, EDI transfer of orders, and interfacing with other systems. Worked directly with internal and external customers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the software. Managed help desk employees. Acted as technical liaison between management, IT, engineering, sales, customer service, and vendors. Worked closely with software vendors to fix issues and incorporate customer requests into the hybrid quoting system. Responsible for the IT relations with all customers. Traveled to customer locations to discuss updates and solve issues. Filled in as backup to Network Administrator when needed. Provided support for desktops, laptops, servers, and AS/400. Responsible for purchasing hardware and software for the entire company.
