According to the development for my company, then we decided to open our own factory instead of just buying from suppliers. The factory is in Qingdao. I was assigned to set up this new factory. Establish the whole team. I start this with no employees. Now we have 30 employees for management team and 110 workers in hot season.At the beginning, I worked with my first employees to build up the supply chain and get fan production started. We had the problem with the workers and production. Finally we resolved all these problems. This gave the team lots of faith.I also work with project team to introduce 4 types of products to new factory. We established supply chain for heaters locally and use the resources from headquarter in US. We used our knowledge of this products to improve the efficiency on the production lines. 10% workers were saved.I also worked with procurement team to finish the project of cost reduction. We depended on widely communication with suppliers to improve the process and flow of the information to get this project successes.Lead the Finance team to install ERP system for the company. This improved the flow of data for all segments in the company.Lead Quality team established the quality system, improve the procedure. Also we passed several audits of customers which is about environment, social accountability and safety.Most my job at this position is to get team organized. I have designed the manufacturing environment and production process. Supply chain is our most important purpose during that period.

In this company I had a big team which has 11 inspector for incoming material. 4 SQE to do normal task and new product approved.All the mechanical parts need to be inspected by my team. All new mechanical components need to be approved by our SQE before mass production.The first two years in Samsung, I was a SQE. Then I was promoted to SQE supervisor.We will monitor all the data during IQC process. our target is to minimize the failure rate of incoming materials. The material failure rate on the production line is also our project to control.New components and new toolings need to be approved by SQE. In the first month of mass production with new products. SQE also will be involved.New supplier for mechanical parts will be audited and approved by our SQE. SQE will be in charge of updating the audit sheet to apply to different type of suppliers.
