Including: Catalogs Direct Mail Pieces - postcards, sale sheets, fliers Marriage Mail Pieces Point of Sale Materials Collateral Sales Materials Product One Sheets Product Packaging Corporate Identity & Branding Website DevelopmentProduction Duties: Plan production cycles, budgets and schedules. Manage distribution and maintain format guidelines – postal regulations, shipping logistics, etc. Consult with third-party suppliers to build estimates and production timelines. Maintain all job jackets and campaign budgets. Coordinate all creative employees and freelance workers to insure adherence to design principles. Produce layouts & mock-ups for client presentation; follow through with individual design production cycles. Maintain visual/design continuity throughout revolving sales cycles. Prepare all files for prepress/print run. Proof project mechanicals – blue lines, color keys, press checks, etc.Account Management Duties: Inside/Outside Sales & Account Maintenance for clients across several verticals. Manage all client facing communication. Consultative Sales using complex marketing plans that insure operating budget and maximum ROI Present sales/tracking metrics Daily /Weekly production reporting to client
