Originally from a design background, I am passionate about creating a real impact so that lighting becomes a powerful and positive tool for any space. Throughout my early lighting design career, i have demonstrated a skill for completing time-sensitive projects with attention to detail, building a reputation in the UK and UAE for dedication and reliability. My career direction evolved to incorporate sales and spent several years in this role driving business development, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients by ensuring efficiency and overall success.

I have seven years of lighting design experience, ranging from residential to commercial lighting solutions. I have a degree in graphic design, which gives me a creative edge in this field. Through my experience within the industry, i have developed a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of lighting.I have served as a lighting consultant for Chapman Bathurst (UK) and WSP (Middle East) which has proved to be a valuable experience when creating architectural lighting solutions. Earlier in my career, i worked for various manufacturers including Thorn and Concord Marlin, where i received an LIF qualification.As a senior Account Manager for Acoulite, I manage several key accounts to help achieve a yearly sales target. I liaise directly with the client and designer to produce a full lighting package to meet their design intent, while keeping the project within budget. I also support the sales team on large scale jobs that require my design expertise.
