Global function; working on M&A (prospection, closing and integration of acquired targets), as well as a variety of strategic projects, mainly concerning future growth and organizational and operational optimalization.Working closely with the CEO and the entire senior management.

Worked on a wide range of management consulting projects, including: - Construction of a 5-year Business Plan for a European client in the food industry under strong financial pressure; - Development of a Vendor Due Diligence and Value Creation Plan for the pharmaceutical division of a global chemical player; - Development of a Value Creation Plan for a global player in the construction industry that had been under pressure for several years;- Re-design and streamlining of the commercial organization of a multi-national TelCo company towards a customer-centric, digital and agile organization. Included work both at HQ level and country level;- Delivery assurance of data migration as part of a larger core banking system transformation for one of the main European banks;- Private Equity work on several due diligences, incl. fund strategy.In between and during these projects, also strong involvement in: - Organization of the "Acquiring Minds" business game for third bachelor students; - Organization of the annual conference for all Bain consultants worldwide, taking place in Brussels in 2016;- Development of content materials for meeting with all Bain managers & partners worldwide; - Recruiting

4 weeks internship at Antea Group, an international engineering and environmental consulting company.Working for the Civil Engineering Department at the Ghent (Belgium) office.

6 weeks Summer Internship as ACI at Bain & Company.Worked on an international case, working from Amsterdam. The client was a large European Consumer Goods company who was in a merger process with a similar sized competitor active in the same business. Our Bain team was resposible for designing the new structure’s org design.
