Customer Support Engineer
CurrentRoles and Duties:1. Provide in-depth technical support and diagnostics for hardware/software systems2. Perform root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term solutions3. Collaborate with product engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems4. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides Participate in feedback loops with engineering teams to improve product designs and functionality5.
