My name is Jasper, I was born in the countryside, Zhu-nan town in Miaoli city and now living in Taoyuan. I graduated from National Yi-lan university, my major was biological mechatronics and I devoted myself in the research on mechanical design which rewarded me lots of the knowledge and practical experiences.I was very grateful for my first job started at a professional automation company that providing automated equipment solutions for worldwide tier-1 customers. With 3.5 years research and design experiences in automation and MP production introducing successful cases for Apple, HP and other demanding customers, i grow my sharp view and sight on design for manufacturing, and I valued it as a must-have skill to be a responsible RD engineer. And my next 2 jobs after that, I devoted 6 years in Optical Camera Modules field on developing advanced equipment for optical focusing, active alignment, OIS, PDAF testers and fixtures, and meanwhile, I accomplished cost-efficiency process optimization on existed production. To implement the design to manufacture, I worked closely with factory, planed and executed training program which enriched my ability on team leading and managing.My current job in Newsmart is leading a 7-people size mechatronics team to develop new advance automation equipment and I play the role as Project Leader in 3D sensing projects in parallel, responsible for spec definition and DFM with customers. With 13.5 years R&D experience in optical and automation developing and design for manufacturing, I am humble to dedicate my capability of providing my customer completed solutions and also helping them to improve their design that might have huge impact for production at the early stage. I highly appreciate my customers give their confidence on my work which rewards me a lot and gives me a strong faith in leading team with foresighted and sustainable development view and goals.Here, with my ambition and passion, I seek for new challenges.
