Managed 13 agents and 106+ employees for Bit Sales, and Operations including West Texas, North Texas, MidCon, Rockies, West Coast and Alaska.Built a very strong team with strategic agent/personal movements and changes.Instituted a team focused improvement in customer relationship building an interaction that was directly responsible for the Western US team's increase in sales of 67% with only a 23% rig count increase, all in just 2 years. Additionally we decreased DSO by 20%, improved margins by 9% all while decreasing inventory to sales ration by 15%. This was all accomplished while successfully integrating Smith Bits into the Schlumberger system.

Managed 4 Agents and 165+employees (23 different nationalities) for Bit Sales, Operations and Engineering for Africa. Also responsible for HSE and HR for all of Africa. Increased rev. 12% on flat rig count.
