I combine modelling and analytics with a physical or chemical interpretation to provide insight or predict outcomes.I have a PhD in physical and computational chemistry, and leverage statistical, numerical and machine learning models to create understanding about complex processes or from large datasets. I enjoy applying data scientific techniques and discussing their results to help colleagues and clients better interpret their processes and systems, and choose their best path forward.Currently I'm working as a modeling and data science expert in water technology. I have a background in using modeling and analytics applied to industry, technology and academic research, and physicochemical fields I have expertise in are (complex) fluids, polymers, emulsions and interactions. Typical analysis techniques I have use are:- Predictive trend analysis: using ML or numerical models to understand and predict what you can expect- Identifying key variables: detecting which parameters are the most impactful- Numerical modelling: designing algorithms to calculate how something will develop- Quantitative image analysis: transform images into data and useful insight- Digital twins: mimicking real-life systems for improved tuning and better understanding
