Hello!I’m a Customer Service professional with experience in retail management and a corporate tax office. Oh, and I have a Personal Lines insurance license, for some reason. I’ve been all over the place, but in each step of my career so far, one thing has not changed: my love for communicating. I excel at connecting with customers and team members alike. As a manager for Target, many metrics in my departments saw significant improvement, but most importantly to me, I successfully developed two team members into leadership positions. When I’m not working, I’m writing. I’ve even won a couple of awards for it (but who’s counting?). I’d love to work my way into a writing-focused career path, even if it means a few odd-jobs in between.
