As a Project Manager, I integrate the VBH scoop onboard super yachts. A scope exists for a customised integrated system selection of audio, video, IT, VoIP, control system and user interface, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, SATCOM, GSM, and UHF systems. A Project team consists of up to 20 team members of varying specialisms. Projects last about two years from contract to onboard acceptance. Budgets range from 1 to 15M€.

As programme manager, I Have brought together the regional maritime industry in innovation programmes.

The Duurzaamheidsfabriek was set up as an initiative of the Leerpark cooperative, a public-private partnership between the municipality of Dordrecht and the ROC Da Vinci College, to stimulate innovation, providing a hybrid learning environment for students, strengthening and shaping vocational education to technology promotion. The factory opened in 2013 and focuses on the (maritime) manufacturing industry, the energy transition and smart technology, topics that are also closely linked to the strategic themes of the region. A large part of the infrastructure and facilities in the factory are owned by the regional business community, which also plays an active role in education development.
