As a Certified Holacracy Coach, I help organizations implement Holacracy and other Teal Practices.Being also a Master Practitioner in Spiral Dynamics integral helps me to appreciate and work with both the inspiring/high-level as well as the practical/nitty-gritty aspects in my Holacracy work.I have profound experience in applying integral evolutionary (teal) ways of working, like Holacracy and Spiral Dynamics, in leadership development and implementing complex change, in both commercial and non-profit organizations. My purpose in working in organizations is to make unity consciousness workable in an earthed, easy-to-apply way for everybody. I am relentless optimistic about the potential of human beings to experience unity. Holacracy and Spiral Dynamics are the best ways of working to do so that I have come across so far.I am currently partner and Lead Link at Synnervate: a teal organizational consultancy firm that inspires and facilitates change processes in organizations and communities in order for sustainable responses to complex challenges to emerge. Synnervate was, in 2008, one of the first organisations in Holland to adopt Holacracy as its operating model. Synnervate is a Licensed Holacracy Provider and a Licensed Spiral Dynamics integral Certification Provider.As a member of the Board of the Center for Human Emergence (Netherlands) I put my work in the context of integral societal innovation. I am also a long-term student of de Dutch School voor Being Orientation, a school that combines the wisdom of Eastern spirituality (Dzogchen buddhism) with Western psychology.
