CMS Development, bespoke coding, service design and graphic design to deliver a crowd-funding website for performing artists.

Match Point Careers uses personality data from a bespoke test to match candidates with appropriate positions. Sparks was contracted to write the product specification and project manage a team of freelances to create the proof-of-concept for initial pitch to investors.The bids were successful and Match Point became established in the US. It was subsequently acquired by new owners, in 2016.
