Driving continuous process optimization, efficiency and cost savings via strict KPI’s.Logistic responsibilities: contracting, performance monitoring and evaluation of multiple logistic service providers. Developing and professionalizing the supply chain operation team through recruitment, training, cross divisional knowledge sharing and career pipeline planning. Fast implementation and development of global supply chain functionalities. Design and implementation of a weekly SCM rhythm. External focus on data sharing and collaborative forecasting (CPFR). Establishment of Process Innovation team, focusing on supply chain strategy, data management and customer collaboration. Reporting to Benelux president.

SAP maintenance and development in fast expanding Benelux organization. Optimizing warehouse management processes, pricing, data communication with third parties (warehouses and customers), customer collaboration, master data management. Leading a Benelux roll-out of a new SAP ERP version as part of a global implementation.
