As Innovation and Project Director at N=5 I took responsibility for the agency’s digital and innovative output. I helped reinvent and update our internal process, educate our staff and hire new specialists, expand and rejuvenate our network of partners. Together with our team we concepted, designed and build thought-provoking digital experiences, prototypes, live-events, activations and mobile platforms. We made social-media-free social campaigns, came up with amazingly effective banners and designed game-changing consumer products.As a result, we won over 90 national and international awards in just 5 years’ time. And - as cherry on the cake - we became Dutch agency of the year at Eurobest and European Agency of the Year at The Lovies. All by taking N=5’s long and rich history of consistent brand building to the next level.

Being number 5 to join These Days Amsterdam I started working with brands for the likes of Microsoft, Ford & Nokia. As Production Lead I worked with many external creative, design and technical recourses to grow the Dutch These Days office from 5 to 18 employees.

I was asked to join Indie (formerly S-W-H) to manage their interactive projects and further expand their online knowledge and activities. By working with the agency’s management team, digital became a part of Indie’s DNA, rather than the after-thought it was. I helped make the transition a smooth and enjoyable experience rather than the sluggish learning-curve it could have been.

Us Media is a digital production company that is a passionate and experienced partner for many leading Dutch advertising agencies. After graduating, following a report I wrote on how Us Media could make the successful transition to a full-service agency while avoiding the pitfall of biting the hand that feeds them, I was hired as a Project Manager, producing award-winning campaigns for agencies as DraftFCB, Lemz, Wieden+Kennedy and Red Urban.
