Monitor the project budget closely, from payments to subcontractors to claims made to the main contractor.8. Assist the QS Manager and Contract Director in carrying out post-contract activities.9. Build relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
