2018-2020: I managed our internal People Analytics efforts, delivering data-driven insights that help make Bain one of the world's best places to work.2010-2018: I was a client-facing consultant and led projects in Tech, Media & Telecom, with significant additional casework in Omnichannel retail and FS.

I was responsible for co-leading the ideation / creation of the sharing economy & jobs website www.upandgo.coop, which was designed to connect consumers with immigrant-led working cooperatives.

I served as Chief-of-Staff to the COO and supported the company's efforts in business development, operations, strategy, marketing, and ad sales. I managed and executed various business projects in support of brand re-launch in January 2013. Responsibilities included improving distribution operations and subscription management, managing the new website launch, operationalizing site A/B testing program, renegotiating vendor contracts, connecting business goals with digital capabilities, and increasing secondary revenue streams.
