Leading workflow meetings with operations team, determining actions from these discussions. Working closely with the operations managers to proactively define and drive sustainable training programs. Liaising with other teams to ensure they have a competent working knowledge of the workflows, delivering training on all newly established workflows. Solving technical workflow issues and advising on procedural improvements to the relevant operational/technical departments. Bridging the knowledge of workflows across operations departments ensuring each communicates changes, and that they are reviewed and agreed globally before rolling out. Keeping up to date with all developments in technologies to keep at the forefront of technological practices and developments where possible. Attending initial client project meetings to determine workflow requirements. Working closely with the Operations Manager and DI manager to assist in staffing queries. Testing and developing new workflows and pipelines across all editing platforms in readiness for upcoming projects, and to increase potential services and revenues.
