I used to work as the only in-house designer & MD working with a select group of freelancers from different areas and interests. I developed e-learning resources and unique information sharing applications for several organizations including libraries in the Netherlands, amongst other smaller projects.

A longstanding experience in internet communication and a gradual specialisation in user-friendly interaction, resulted in the establishment of Usability Laboratory (in short U-Lab) a few years ago. Main objective was to position internet more as a communication expertise, compared with regular or analogue communication.U-Lab brings the best of technique, interaction and communication together. The result of this combination is always a central concept which can be used for every conceivable internet application. We call this multi-channelling.
