Functioning most days as deputy director. Leading web development and making sure all of our different departments are functioning as a unit. Furthermore, I am responsible for anything operational and for all the internal/external communication for the companies Stemacteren.nl and 14voices.com.

Directing, recording, mixing and mastering many different voice-over projects such as Disney series, a variety of other small and big animation projects, and many different commercials. I gave more than 50 masterclasses in recording audio and directed hundreds of students and professional voice-overs. As senior, I was also responsible for all of our other engineers and was leading the team.

Running the complete agency by myself. Scouting new voice-overs, processing all sorts of requests from clients and making sure everything gets recorded, mixed and delivered with the best possible quality and always on time.

I was responsible for teaching all the first year students the essentials of music production. I designed a curriculum which allowed all students to use their workstation of choice, which forced me to get a good understanding of all the different digital workstations and their workflows.

As a freelance engineer I worked on many different projects. I earned credits as engineer on various records for bands such as Sue the Night, BOKEH, Het Pauperparadijs and many more. Also see: www.fromjasp.com

Built my own curriculum for all students who were in their first year. I taught them my own curriculum, which was focussed on the essentials of music production. During my lessons, I primarily used Logic Pro and Pro Tools.

Being one of the in-house engineer for this theatre, I mixed many theatre companies and other acts who did not have their own engineer. Besides being responsible for the sound, I often helped the light guys and learnt a bunch from them.
