• Managed promotional enhancement such as soft bundle and employee purchase program functionality. Enabling customers and employees enjoy promotions hassle-free, reducing user fatigue.
• By liaising with Product Owner to draft user stories and requirements with regards to promotion related enhancement and providing feedback and suggestions to help improve Back Office UI to drive better working.
