My Master Thesis is aiming to understand 'How to design cargobike sharing systems in order to attract users in Stockholm?' The results focuses on performing a choice experiment to test preferences for shared-cargobike system attributes.Other Achievements:- Led a workshop with the City to determine design of the shared-cargobike system.- Designed a cargobike station network proposal analyzing spatial data using a multi criteriadecision analysis framework, and open-source GIS software.- Assisted in the launch of the bike-share system by locating attractive station locations.

I was responsible for the on-boarding and training of all new employees in the Marketing and Sales department with regard to sales processes, and customer service philosophy. Providing ongoing performance assessment, feedback, and coaching.Major Achievements:- Led multiple ‘Order Fulfilment Improvement Plans’ – implementing minor and major intradepartmental process changes to improve efficiencies along the order fulfilment chain. This has increased our sales capacity; allowing Zaber to grow by over 50% over the past year without adding any extra resources.- Renegotiated rates with Zaber’s preferred shipping carrier. After reviewing our past pricing agreement, and engaging in 3 months of negotiation, the new agreement resulted in costs savings of approximately $40,000 per year.

Together, we turned a dysfunctional club into one of the most active social organizations on UBC Campus.Personally, I led weekly meetings to plan and coordinate 32 events for 500+ incoming exchange students to facilitate the social integration of exchange students, having been motivated by my exchange experience in Vienna. Achievements:- ESC has been awarded the AMS ‘Club of the Year 2015’ ahead of 370 other clubs.- Increased annual revenue from $5,000 to $80,000.- More than doubled the amount of member's from 150 to more than 700.- Established a strong Social Media presence with over 1,700 likes on Facebook.
