CurrentIn this role I'm leading three teams, total 30 team members and 3 team leaders.Supply Chain Management and Planning(sales, production and material sourcing):We have established a new team responsible for overseeing a every aspect of the company's operations building a strong foundation for the company to operate efficiently in the tumultuous post covid years.We work with 4 factories within the group, two key suppliers and numerous others. This team is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies, coordinating with the in company factories, key suppliers and vendors, and managing inventory levels of finished product and assemblies to ensure that the company has the right products available at the right time. Additionally, we are responsible for sales planning, which involves forecasting demand, developing sales targets, creating budgets, and determining pricing strategies for products.During last year we implemented EWMS module of SAP.Back Office/ Sales Specialist Team:Due to the growth of the business and the complexity of our market we have changed roles and responsibilities to accommodate this growth while growing the team. I took over leadership of this team shortly after the implementation of SAP S4 HANNA in the midst of the post implementation of an ERP. This team is responsible for fulfilling, international shipping and exporting orders to our distributors and OEM's.As a leader, I am responsible for establishing/defining team goals and Strategy. In the last two years I have build strong team of team leaders for the department to operate efficiently. To succeed in this, I have used my organizational, analytical, and strategic skills, with an ability to balance the needs of different stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage resources to achieve optimal results. My quality to be able to switch from work floor to board room has contributed significantly.
