Daarnaast houd ik mij bezig met het optimaliseren en implementeren van het Contractmanagementproces en het opzetten van een proces omtrent Leveranciersbeoordelingen.

Verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van ICT en een aantal strategische non-ICT pakketten (zoals rouwvervoer, kisten en rouwdrukwerk).
