Na mijn diploma op het Scala College, ben ik sinds 2015 mijn droom achterna gegaan om professioneel tennisser te worden. Ik heb daarom veel toernooien in binnen en buitenland gespeeld. Om deze droom mede te kunnen bekostigen, heb ik in deze periode verschillende functies uitgeoefend. Helaas ben ik na jaren trainingen en wedstrijden structureel geblesseerd geraakt, waardoor ik niet kan terugkeren op het hoogste niveau. Professional Tennis PlayerAtp World Tour May 2015 - Feb 2018I always had the dream to become a professional tennis player since I was a young boy. Consequently, I trained very hard for many years and played many national and international tournaments. After getting my High School degree at the Scala College in Alphen aan den Rijn, I decided to pursue my dream and started to play fulltime (semi) professional tennis. I played various ATP World Tour tournaments in order to obtain ATP points for the world ranking. These tournaments were for example NRT, ITF and Challenger tournaments. In order to finance these tournaments and training sessions, I performed various (part-time) functions during this period such as a Tennis Coach at I’m Tennis and Sales Employee at TennisDirect. Unfortunately, after years of training and competitions, I have been seriously injured, so I cannot continue to play at a (semi) professional level anymore.
