I am part of the Schouten Global organization as a Sr. Consultant focused on Sales enablement, Strategic Account Selling, Sales academies, Management Development, Communication skills training and customer focus programs for large multinational organizations in various industries. Main responsibilities are project management of large training projects, acquiring new business, designing and implementing new training courses, training of large groups as well as coaching individual participants. Some key accomplishments:• Acquisition, design and project management for a global Sales academy. For sales reps, key account manager, sales managers, and directors locally delivered in over more than 25 countries. Both multiyear programs are specifically tailored to the client using the latest blended learning methods such as online assessment, e-coaching and online modules and have over 100 participants. • Responsible for delivery of key modules of ‘Train the Trainer’ course in China, mainly for people working at large multinational companies in China. Working for 2 weeks locally (Shanghai and Beijing).
