Project Manager
Current- Develop project budgets, managing the financial requirements of contracts and ensuring good use of corporate financial resources as required.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of information on new technologies and trends in information technology project management, and analyze new project management tools, techniques, or standards in support of current.
- Provide resource plans, identify and assess risks, and work to create project schedules, estimates development efforts, and track and manage projects through to successful implementation and closure
- Conduct best practice studies and related financial analysis and identify opportunities for policy/ procedural improvements
- Instrumental in project kick off meetings establishing practicality, feasibility of options, setting schedules and recommending printing processes to most efficiently meet stakeholder requirements
