1) Providing candidate recommendations to hiring managers2) Plan and execute sourcing and pipeline strategies3) Consistently deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment cycle4) Participate in career fair and information sessions to support ongoing recruitment initiatives5) Proactively work with our client groups to develop recruitment strategies and processes6) Build client knowledge and foster relationships with our customers

1) Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation2) Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships3) Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database4) Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff

1) Design and implement overall recruiting strategy2) Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications3) Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives4) Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc5) Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc6) Screen candidates resumes and job applications7) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
