Senior Administrative Assistant - Legal & Business Conduct
Providing administrative and clerical support to directors, management and team members within the Legal and Business Conduct department. •Prioritising workload involving multiple tasks with deadlines and coordinate activities important to the function of the department. •Assisting in planning and organising of events i.e. regular team meetings, conferences, summer parties and legal meetings. •Managing pre, during and post meeting requirements i.e. preparation of slides, agendas and minutes taking. •Liaising with internal staff, external agencies and vendors to coordinate activities such as setting up/managing username and password requests in order to access protected programmes. •Conducting new hire onboarding process for temporary/permanent staff across UK affiliates i.e. arrangement of induction training. •Organising and scheduling cross functional department meetings with IHQ and affiliates involvement. •Scheduling meetings, appointments, calendars/diaries, expenses and other similar activities for attorneys and management. •Arranging complex and detailed travel arrangements/itineraries whilst being cost effective. •Responsible for updating and maintaining table of signatories of authorities across all affiliates. •Performing other administrative tasks such as updating/maintaining the organisational structural chart for the legal team across the EMEA region.
