Taking care of I.T related issues of the company. From installing including configuring to maintenance of all the Devices e.g Routers, Firewall, Switches, Servers, Working on Domain, Encoders, Decoder, Printers etc.

• Responsible for installing and supporting network hardware, software, andapplications on PC• Handle the tasks of providing Level 3 technical support to resolve day-to-day network,computer, and peripheral equipment issues for production and test environments• Monitoring network performance, protecting network data, management andoptimization.• Perform installation and upgrading of new network and desktop application software• Responsible for preparing, loading, documenting and testing desktop and network developedapplications for deployment, staff training, and inventory• Handle responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software problems and selectproper corrective action
