Develop an in-depth understanding of Patient Access to TG Therapeutics product/services.Facilitate key meetings with clients and understand challenges/issues at local level.Act as the subject matter expert on payer reimbursement by assisting/educating customers on regional payer coverage issues.Collaborate with hub, market access team and local field team to triage access/reimbursement challenges. Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer needs are identified and addressed.Know what additional resources are needed and how to execute that process.

Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions associated with reimbursement and third party payers at provider level. Analyze account reimbursement issues & opportunities as needed.Identify trends at a local, regional and national level and partner with purpose internally and externally to support patient pull through.Provide education to key account providers and staff in therapeutic area.Maintain expertise in regional and local access landscape, anticipating changes in the healthcare landscape, and act as their aligned therapeutic area product reimbursement expert as needed.

Dallas

Serves as single-point of contact for Teva patient services for target MS, Migraine, and Respiratory physician offices within a defined geographic territory.Conducts total office call and/or in-service sessions to educate physicians, nurses and office staff on Teva patient services and how to access them.Trains and educates office staff on proper use, handling and administration of Teva MS, Migraine, and Respiratory products.Supports therapy choice through therapeutic, product and reimbursement education.Maintains communication and integrate activities, when appropriate, with Sales, Account Management and other teams within Patient Support Services.Assists patients/caregivers in understanding and implementing treatment protocols prescribed by the target physician.Reinforces treatment expectations established by the physician and review potential product benefits and side effects.Provides training on proper use of medication including self-injection techniques and use of injection device.Presents information on disease state and symptoms, therapy, and healthy lifestyle choices to support compliance and adherence at patient programs and small group sessions.Coordinates field nursing services within defined geography.Provides team leadership, in-service and field training.

Triage phone inquiries according to physician and departmental protocols and document such inquiries and results in patients’ medical records.Facilitate communication and problem solving for departments; lead and serve on committees; serve as a liaison between the medical staff and ancillary departments.Evaluate the nursing care given and make recommendations to develop action plans for improvements. Serve as a preceptor for new Nurses and Clinical staffMember of Rapid Response Team; respond to urgent calls in Professional Outpatient Building.
