Including – Attendance, Leave Management•Payroll Partner Management: Creating standards of delivery and adherence of the same.Including: Monthly compliance calendar – PF Challans, ECS Challans, POSH, Maternity, Headcount etc. Employee Productivity and Life cycle Management•Performance Measurement: From appraisal process admiration - establishing framework for performance till performance review data compilation and analysis•Employee Training & enrichment: Enhance employee and team training programs / learning interventions. •Rewards & Recognition: Strategizing and Implementing rewards and recognition.•Engagement & Communication: Organize Supervisor / Skip and Town halls, HOD Forums, CEO Communication meets, Group company leadership team Interactions.
