Continuum Analytics is a real estate investment firm based in Long Beach, CA and we incorporate an opportunistic business model that relies on state of the art, data driven algorithms to determine asset valuations. We use technology and an innovative approach to acquire real estate, distressed assets and real estate secured loans. Our investor base consists of high net-worth individuals, family offices & institutional investors. Our objective is to acquire all property types at a discount, add sweat equity and maximize return in a short period (approximately 3-5 years). As we do a high number of deals, we are looking to build new relationships for new capital partners & investors. Jaspreet entered the financial services industry after attending University of California Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Economics. While working as a registered representative for an investment firm, he gained extensive experience in all facets of financial services: Investments, retirement, defined benefits plans(401(k)s, profit sharing plans, employee benefits), estate planning, insurance and cash management. Working with Continuum Analytics has been a great addition to his experience.
