Site Execution Incharge for the Renovation & Modernization of Canal Based 8 Power Plants ( 9.8 MW) at Distt- Ludhiana, Punjab.My Role was,Site support to Design and Manufacturing for the dimensional and other parameters for the R & D for new design modification, to the Erection & commissioning of 16 Full and Semi Kaplan Turbines with Inter-mediate Gearbox , Siphon Type.Daily progress monitoring and Short term Schedule update to Contractor for timely completion of projects.Searching and dealing with the Nearest Vendor for the M/s Jyoti and M/s Crompton Greaves Generator refurbishment.Manpower and Material management including daily site activities, works towards Zero Local procurement for the last 3 project sites.Successfully commissioned all the 16 Machines.Replacement of Runner Blade as broken due to some foreign material at Nilwande Vertical full Kaplan Machine 2X 3.5 MW. Execution of Earthmat Laying at Supermai HPP, (2x3.9 MW) at Ilam, Nepal. Nozzle dismatling at Kurtha SHEP and assembled back with modified seals to limit water ingress, (2x2.5 MW) at Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. Nozzle dismatling at Yan ten Sen HEP, Vietnam and assembled back with spear shaft refurbishment, (2x9.75 MW) Pelton Turbine. Switchyard Erection Work at Dak, Ba HEP, Vietnam. Many Trouble shooting Jobs at India and Foreign Sites.

Posted at Hutong-ii HEP (1200 MW) Installation of Gauge and Discharge site and coordinating in data collection. Looked after 2 nos. of Department Core Drilling Machines for uninterrupted operation. Geological investigation like drilling, drifting, Preparing Drill logs, Bore logs, Supervision of rock Blasting and accounting of Explosives. Preparation of daily progress report at site & Ensure proper project filing and document control. Co-ordinating with drilling contractor M/s Fugro survey India & Geologists. Performed various In-situ tests such Direct Shear Test, Plate Load Test, Packer Test etc. Obtained Discharge data, Geological Maps from CWC & Rainfall data from Meteorological Centre required for DPR. Preparation of running bill of contractor by estimating the quantities and rate analysis and maintain measurement book at site. Man power management at site for various works for submission of Detailed Project report on time.
