My day-to-day responsibilities include creating designs for print, digital platforms and social media spaces for the organisation's key clients which are predominantly largest Europe and Asia-based law firms. I'm also tasked to develop layouts and production designs across the handled organisation, that helps elevate the client's branding and content engagement whilst generating sales. Basically, involved in concept development, execution and roadmap of all creative deliverables for the company from print, multimedia production and web. Whilst, develop and execute design and layout solution with a high level of proficiency and artistry.

Provide interactive web design and graphic design services via online on freelance basis. Responsible in leading the design direction, development and implementation of marketing communications strategies by closely collaborating with clients ranging from small online merchants to large commercial enterprises.

Designing marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, newsletters and posters for internal clients on a daily basis. Occasional report, proposals, interactive PDFs, seasonal greeting cards and e-card, office signage and exhibition buntings and banners. Liaise with creative suppliers / printing company to ensure corporate merchandises are according to company’s standard. Coordinate with product, sales or marketing teams to create the right product presence and design. Also, assisted with monthly and ad-hoc photography for EY new senior executive/partner-level hires. Special photography session for certain events (e.g. Rat Race, EY Day, and other in-house events).

Responsible in developing high quality, onscreen media and print ready marketing materials (reports, bid tender submissions, presentations, event backdrop, banners, product sheets, flyers and EDM’s) by liaising with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information to create professional and appropriate designs.Acted as a guardian and brand ambassador, ensuring JLT is consistently and professionally presented across JLT's 14 companies in Asia by proactively improving content, updating templates, creating artworks and resources that are relevant without compromising the organisation's brand guideline standards.Created reports, tender submissions and presentations within both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office while demonstrating strong layout skills in accordance with JLT's corporate brand guidelines.
