The equipment list also included, heat exchangers, R22 refrigeration systems.e)Primary Ammonia Reformer Package for National Fertilizers Ltd.Madhya Pradesh as a Site Inspection Engineer. •The major items include radiant chambers, WHR coil modules, cold collector, pig tails, transfer line, waste heat boiler system, ID / FD blowers, associated structures, piping, ducting and refractory & insulationf)Naphtha Cracker Project at Reliance Industries Hazira, Gujarat as a Site Inspection Engineer.•The project involved 12 Ultra Selective Conversion furnaces designed to crack the fresh feedstock consisting of NGL / Naphtha and recycle feedstock (ethane and propane) to be cracked in 3 dedicated recycle furnaces.

Vendor development, inspection, preparation of Quality Assurance Plans, Welding procedure specification, NDT Procedures etc in line with ASME / other International and national standards for manufacturing and fabrication of coils and assemblies from centrifugally cast heat resistant and corrosion resistant alloy steel tubes i.e HP-Nb, HK40, HT, CK20 etc and co-ordination with third party inspection, Lloyd’s Register, Indian Register of Shipping etc
