Activities planning for brand name.• Corporate Liasion.• Supervise all the departments.• Tie-Ups with companies, Insurance and corporates.

• Supervise: Personnel Department ( HRD) Stores & Purchase Department Medical Records (MRD) Sanitary & Housekeeping Security Transport including Ambulance Maintenance  Supervise & Control the residential accommodation available in the hospital and should allot it to various staff as per their entitlement. Arrangements for all the committee meetings. Being a Corporate Hospital have to arrange for Camps in various companies. Organizing and supervising all Hospital Purchases coordinating with respective staff. It includes purchase of Medical Equipments, Non medical items , Stationery, etc As in charge of HRD section, have to allocate duties of all Medical Staff and Admin. Regular round of all Departments. Being the Corporate hospital , we have our own Occupational Health Centre (OHC) in 12 big Companies. So all these Human Resource is being managed by the Administrator Services which are outsourced and on contract is through Administrator Have to keep check whether Ambulance is maintained in running condition. Supervise all instructions and hospital rules & regulations are being followed in letter and spirit. Waste Management and its proper disposal as per government guidelines
