-Responsible for the management of Invisalign growth -Conduct all in house lab work an ensure proper protocol and procedures are followed -Work individually and as a team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals -Assist and train staff in taking digital intraoral scans, via iTero-Maintaining sterilization area-Responsible for treatment planning and reviewing recommended procedures with patients-Assist in procedures such as fillings crown preps, RCTS, EXT’s, dentures and implants

-Planned and created marketing collateral and materials to support sales development of the practice-Designed marketing collateral for SmileCycle (Invisalign)-Responsible for prepping rooms for various procedures-Assisting dentist with four handed dentistry-Assist in procedures such as, fillings, crown preps, RCTS, EXT’s, and dentures-Guide and coach new team members on roll out of ongoing processes of HR programs, and handbook procedures to ensure team awareness-Extensive experience taking impressions and using digital intraoral scanning equipment (iTero)-Maintain all in house lab work such as retainers, whitening trays, and night guards-Maintaining sterilization area-Coordinate Invisalign procedures (place attachments, perform IPR, consolidate procedure and submit cases).

- Responsible for daily patient room preparation- Carry out X-Ray procedures- Assist Dentist with four handed dentistry - Maintaining all sanitization standards for dental office and dental equipment

- Assist Dentist with crown impressions- Manage and maintain cleanliness and order of operatory prep rooms - Aid Dentist in fillings of patients - Fabricate temporary crowns and pour models - Assist Dentist with four handed dentistry - Compose digital X-Rays
