Within our private equity practice, I advise private equity firms on pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition sales model optimization.

As Director, I partner with clients to organize their revenue generation teams around growth. I support clients across all industries, but work extensively with our Manufacturing and Tech clients to help navigate change, solve growth and productivity challenges, and design management and support programs to drive results.
