Run day to day operations of retail shop / showroom of nearly 60 year old business, one of NY largest outfits. Drive productivity, quality control, cost containment, and business development through staff, client, and vendor management; inventory control; warehousing; purchasing; and RFP processes.

Founded and managed a small lock and security shop, overseeing total business operations, from sales, local marketing, bidding processes, and project management to staff management, inventory control, purchasing and general accounting activities.

Held a recurring tenure with this 20+-year established provider of security solutions to the financial sector throughout the NY Tri State Area, including Bank of New York, Citibank, TD Bank and Chase
