I used to be an accounting staff handling the whole accounting system of three businesses. I realized that the 6 -8 hours stuck in traffic to go to work was not worth it. I have shifted to working from home as it gives me comfort and more work and life balance.I can work while I am out of town, and I can work while I am waiting for my laundry. I can basically do everything all at once.I have two clients, one from Europe where I and working full-time handling their whole payroll excluding the transferring of money. I have been with them for quite a while now been promoted twice in a short span due to my performance.My US client, I have been working for more than a year too as a part-time administrative assistant, mostly handling sending out emails to the meeting participant, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other tasks. I am also a part-time tutor, I have been helping kids in our community with their Math subjects. I also do accounting tutorials.Despite having quite an overwhelming schedule I still have time to do things I like. I do travel a lot, once a month at least so I can be refreshed and be away from work. Short vacations or just some random eating out is what I like doing in my free schedule. I do believe that a well-balanced work and life is the key to success.
