CurrentConduct petrol, F.O.A approval inspection as per schedule.CMM inspection as per customer requirement / DrawingCheck quality of components online and offline and ensure that all components that move to next stage process are as per required parameters.Follow up for implementation of Quality related improvements projects at the plant including customer projects as well as internal improvement initiative.Support the production to minimize the cost due to rejection & rework.Responsible for Machining & Casting rejection reviewUpdate daily process check sheet.Provide OJT training to PDI inspector to improve their skill.Responsible to maintain daily 5“S” on shop floor.Responsible for quality defects passed from production department during assembly process.
