Managing overall collections of Punjab for Home Loans and Mortgages (Book size of 8300 Cr). Responsible to achieve all targets across all buckets. Ensure the targets of the region is achieved by all the field officers and across all buckets.Annual planning of collections budget including manpower, agency, tele calling and legal cost.Driving collection strategy including day to day monitoring, tracking and delivery of the collection’s portfolio assigned on the required efficiencies.Liasioning with Recovery agencies, Law enforcement agencies, Police Personnel, CMM / DM offices etc.Intensified legal remedies to resolve cases via enforcing SARFAESI, Complaints u/s 138, Recovery suits, Police complaints, EOW Complaints, affixations to expand net collectionsTaking physical possession of mortgaged properties as authorized officer for HDFC and ensuring regular visits to the properties in possession and update the quarterly visit reports.Assigning of cases to Field officers considering the workload and areas assigned.Maintaining the properties on hand list and ensuring quick disposing off of the properties on possessions with us. Arranging for getting the registration done for the properties sold.

As Operations Head, managing 13 branches in Punjab and responsible for the outstanding mortgage book of 7000 Cr. Leading the entire Home Loan Operations and ensuring they are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives. Directly responsible for disbursements of loans approved and look book growth. Ensuring branch managers and the team perform as per the KRAs and ensuring budgets are met across product verticals. Manage and monitor business- critical metrics and performance indicators by leveraging relevant dashboards and home loan analytics.Directly looking after retention vertical whereby ensuring that the existing loan book is retained and curtailing prepayments through balance transfers (BT). Speaking to HNI clients and understanding requirements and accordingly pitching best possible solution. Responsible for preparation of regions budgets. Finalizing budgets product wise, branch wise, Channel wise.Handling Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) responsibility for the region. As GRO, responsible for resolving complaints received from website grievance redressal channel, social media, senior management, Consumer forums and Regulators (RBI / NHB etc) within defined TAT. Highlight process gaps found in the course of resolution. Responsible for doing a detailed root cause analysis which led to the complaint.Responsible for day-to-day administrative excellence in ensuring the smooth functioning of Home loan operations. Drive co-operation with the credit, technology, analytics and risk teams to ensure smooth functioning of business. Partner with Policies team to ensure all decisions are taken within the prescribed framework.Working as an effective business partner in strategizing and driving the implementation of critical operational and regulatory practices for the organization. Responsible for hiring and retaining manpower for key roles in operations. Budgeting and scheduling resources to ensure the best utilization of manpower.
